After we woke up and had breakfast,
we went over to the bungy centre to see if anyone was going to jump. They were
still setting up the ropes and cameras so it was too long to wait for a jumper
and so we left.
We drove to Kingston, played in the local playground and then
went to the Real Country Farm for a “pet and play” experience. I saw four dogs,
eight lambs (including 4-day old Maa-vin), seven sheep, a “cow-sheep”, a deer,
two goats, three chickens, two horses, a pony and three pigs. My favourite bits
were holding Maa-vin and patting Norm the dog.
We had lunch in the campervan then went to
Mossburn for a playground and ice-cream before driving on a dirt road to Mavora
Lakes campsite. We parked under the trees with no-one nearby – it was quiet and
kind-of nice but a little rainy.| Maarvin |
